How to Make KOREAN BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS

KOREAN BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients:
- 500 g Beef Breakfast Steak
- 1 pc Pear (Grated)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 thumb Ginger (Grated)
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 small head Lettuce
- 2 cups Kimchi



1. Combine all ingredients on a bowl except for rice, lettuce and kimchi.
2. Pan grill beef to preferred doneness.
3. Line a lettuce leaf with kimchi, rice and beef then roll.
