How to Make CRISPY MAHI-MAHI WITH GARLIC MAYO DIP

CRISPY MAHI-MAHI WITH GARLIC MAYO DIP Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients:
300 g Mahi-mahi fillet
1 cup Flour
¼ cup Cornstarch
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Soda Water
Salt
Pepper


Flour for drenching

½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Cream
4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 pc Lemon

Parsley

Procedure:
- Make fish batter combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt and pepper.
- Season fish with salt and pepper then drench fish on flour. Dip fish in batter then deep fry until golden brown. Set aside on plate lined with paper towel.
- To make creamy dip combine mayo, cream, garlic and lemon. Then season with salt and pepper.
