Creamy meatballs served 3 ways: on rice, bread and pasta Ingredients and Procedures.



Ingredients:

500 Grams Ground Sirloin
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese (Chilled then diced)
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Pc Egg
1 Bunch Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Flour for dredging

Spaghetti
Marinara Sauce
Pesto
Parmesan Cheese

Baguette
Marinara Sauce
Romaine Lettuce
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Alfalfa

Cooked Rice
Marinara Sauce
Quick Melting Cheese
Salted Butter

Marinara Sauce

- Combine all ingredients on a bowl then mix well.
- Form into balls then dredge in flour. Fry until golden brown.
- Plate rice on a bowl top salted butter, then top Meat balls. Pour Marinara Sauce over then top with quick melting cheese. Broil until cheese has melted and browned.
- Plate pasta on a plate then pour marinara sauce over. Top meat balls then drizzle pesto sauce over. Top grated Parmesan cheese.
- Heat bread then spread marina sauce. Top romaine lettuce and sliced cheddar cheese. Top creamy meat balls then top with alfalfa.
