How to Make Creamy chicken tortellini soup

Creamy chicken tortellini soup Ingredients and Procedures.

4 Pcs Chicken Breast Fillet (Cubed)
1 Pc White Onion (Diced)
1 Pc Carrots (Peeled & Diced)
2 Clove Garlic (Minced)
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
500 ml Chicken Stock
500 ml Milk
½ Tsp Dried Basil
½ Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Grated Parmesan Cheese


- Saute onions and carrots then add in chicken breast fillet. Cook for 3 minutes then add in butter and flour, continue to cook for 2 minutes then add basil and oregano.
- Add in chicken stock and milk then simmer until creamy then add in tortellini. Cook for another 3 minutes then add in grated Parmesan cheese.

Tortellini Pasta

1 Cup Flour
1 Pc Egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

1 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Cup Spinach
Egg wash

- To make pasta, make a well with flour then add all ingredients. Stir until a dough is formed. Roll pasta into thin sheet then using a round cookie cutter cut into 4 inch disks.
- To make filling combine all ingredients then mix well. Spoon mixture into disk, but do not over fill.
- Brush edges with egg wash then fold disk in half. Hold and join the edges together. Pinch to make tortellini.
