Corn and Jalapeńo Chowder Ingredients and Procedures.

3 Cups White Corn (Removed from cobb)
1 Pc White Onion (Chopped)
1 Pc Celery (Chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Jalapeno (Chopped)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Liter Chicken Stock
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Oregano
½ Tsp Paprika
1/ Block Cream Cheese
½ Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp Flour
Wansuy for garnish
