How to Make Special Pancit Canton for Birthdays

Pancit Canton (For long life!) Ingredients and Procedures.

100 Grams Liempo (Sliced into Strips)
150 Grams Shrimp (Peeled & Save Shells)
100 Grams Fish Balls (Sliced into 2)
100 Grams Chicken Thigh Fillet (Diced)
500 Grams Pansit Canton

8 Pcs Snow Peas
¼ Pc Cabbage (Shredded)
1 Pc White Onion (Sliced)
1 Pc Red Bell Pepper (Silced)
2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
1 Tbsp Oil

3 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Shells from shrimp
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
