Ingredients:
2 Pcs Veal/Beef Shank
½ Cup Flour
2 Pcs Celery (Diced)
1 Pc Onion (Diced)
1 Pc Leeks (Sliced)
2 Pcs Carrots (Diced)
1 Cup White Wine
2 Tsp Sage
2 Sprigs Rosemary
1 Pc Bay Leaf
1 Bunch Parsley (Chopped)
2 Cups Whole Peeled Tomato
2 ½ Cup Beef Stock

Gremolata:
¼ Tbsp Lemon Zest (Grated)
1 Tbsp Parsley
