¼ Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Mirin
1 Pc Onion (Quartered)
1 Pc Pear (Grated)
4 Pcs Garlic (Crushed)
Black Pepper
1 Bunch Spring Onion (Sliced)
Water

Kimchi Potato Salad

Ingredients:
300 g Baby Potato
1 Cup Kimchi (Chopped)
1 Pc Carrots (Shredded)
1 Small Bunch Cilantro (Chopped)
1 Pc Leeks (Sliced)
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Korean Red Pepper Paste
Salt
Pepper
