Grilled Beef with Kamote Flat Bread Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:

Grilled Beef
500 Grams Beef Sirloin (Cut into 100 gram steaks)
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
5 Pcs Tomato (Sliced)
1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
1 Head Lettuce (Small)

Garlic Mayo:

1 Cup Garlic Bread
½ Cup Yogurt
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
Salt
Pepper

Kamote Flat Bread:
170 Grams All-purpose flour
1 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil
90 Grams Loosely Packed Kamote
2 ¼ Tsp Active Dry Yeast
¾ Cup Warm Water
