Fried spinach and cheese ravioli with marinara sauce Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:

Fresh Pasta:
1 Cup Flour
1 Pc Egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Spinach & Cheese Stuffing:
2 cups Spinach
1 Cup Kesong Puti
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Pc Shallots (Diced)
¼ Cup Mozzarella
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese

Egg for egg wash
Oil for frying

Marinara Sauce:
2 Cups Canned Diced Tomato
1 Pc Onion (Diced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Miced)
½ Tbsp Sugar
1 Bunch Basil (Chopped)
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Parmesan Cheese (To taste)
