Chicken and veggie kebabs Ingredients and Procedures.

500 Grams Chicken Thigh fillet (Diced into Chunks)
3 Pcs Bell Pepper (Large dice)
1 Pc Zuccini (Sliced into disks)
1 Pc Egg Plant (Sliced into disks)
4 Pcs Tomato (Quartered)

2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Oregano Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Bunch Cilantro (Chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
