  • 1 Pc Cucumber
  • 1 ¼ Cup Cane Vinegar
  • 1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 Thumb Ginger (Sliced)
  • 3 Pcs Finger Chilies (Sliced)
  • 4 Pcs Calamansi
  • 2 Pcs Sili Labuyo
  • 300 Grams Liempo
  • Wansuy (Garnish)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
