How to Make Ensaladang Lato, Mangga at Kamote Tops

Ensaladang Lato, Mangga at Kamote Tops with Bagoong Isda- Calamansi Dressing.


Ingredients:
  • 500 Grams Lato Seaweed
  • 1 Pc Hilaw na Manga (Shaved with a peeler)
  • 100 Grams Kamote Tops
  • 4 Pc Tomatos (Wedges)
  • 1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
  • ¼ Cup Bagoong Isda
  • 1 Pc Sili Labuyo (Seeds removed and chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Calamansi Juice
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Patis to taste
  • Pepper
