Chicken Pandan with Curry Sauce Ingredients and Procedures.



Ingredients:
  • 1 Kg Chicken thigh Fillet
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Pc Lime
  • 1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Thumb Yellow Ginger (Crushed)
  • 3 Pcs Finger Chili (Sliced)
  • 1 Pc Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
  • 1 Pc Green Bell Pepper (Sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 Pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 1 Pc Lime
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pandan Leaves
  • Oil for deep frying
