Ingredients:
8 Pcs Shrimp (Peeled, de-veined and blanched)
½ Pc Pomelo (Peeled & Shredded)
1 Pc Carrots (Peeled and Shredded)
1 Bunch Cilantro Leaves
¼ Cup Roasted Peanuts
3 Pcs Shallots (Sliced)

Dressing:
2 Cloves Garlic (Grated)
1 Pc Red Thai Chili (Chopped)
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
1 Pc Lime (Juice & Zest)
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Bunch Mint Leaves

Lemongrass Skewered Pork and Banana Blossoms

Ingredients:
300 Grams Ground Pork
100 Grams Banana Blossoms
3 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
1 Pc Red onion (Chopped)
1 Pc Lime
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
8 Pcs Lemon Grass Stalks (Trimmed)
Salt (To Taste)
Pepper (To Taste)
