How to Make Camaron rebusado, sticky chicken fingers

Camaron rebusado, sticky chicken fingers Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
12 Pcs Shrimps (Cleaned, peeled, de-veined)
4 Pcs Chicken Breast Fillet (Sliced into strips)
1 Cup Flour
2 Cups Breadcrumbs
3 Pc Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Oil for deep frying

Sticky Sauce for Chicken fingers:

Ingredients:

2 Cups Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
¼ Cup Water
Light Soy Sauce

Vinegar dip (for Camaron Rebusado)
½ cup vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 pc onion (chopped)
1 pc tomato (diced)

Teriyaki Meat Balls

Ingredients:

500 Grams Ground Beef
1 Pc White Onion (Minced)
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Thumb Ginger (Minced)
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
¼ Cup Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
½ Tsp Cornstarch
Leeks (Sliced for garnish)
