Ingredients:
1 Pc Boneless Pork Shoulder
200 Grams Seedless Grapes
2 Pcs Apples (Cored & diced)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 Pcs Onion (Diced)
1 Bunch Parsley (Chopped)
1 Cup Cashews (Chopped)

Braising Liquid:
1 Pc White Onion (Quartered)
3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
2 Liter Beef Stock
2 Pc Bay Leaf
1 Pc Carrots (Diced)
1 Stalk Celery (Diced)
1 Pc Onion (Quartered)
1 Bunch Thyme
1 Bunch Oregano

Rice Pilaf
1 ½ Cup Basmati Rice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Pc White Onion (Minced)
3 Cups Chicken Stock
½ Cup Fresh Shitake Mushrooms (Chopped)
1 Pc Bay Leaf
2 Pcs Orange Peel
¼ Cup Raisins
¼ Cup Cashews
2 Pinch Safron
Salt
Pepper
