4 Pcs Alimango (Cleaned and halved)
½ Cup Tomato Sauce
3 Pcs Sili Labuyo
3 Pcs Finger Chili
2 Heads Garlic (Minced)
2 Tbsp Ginger (Grated)
2 Pcs Red Onion (Sliced)
1 Pc Red Bell Pepper
1 Pc Green Bell Pepper
3 Tbsp Cilantro
¼ Cup Chili Garlic Sauce
2 Pcs Lime (Juice)
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
½ Cup Coconut Cream
Fish Sauce (To taste)
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Leeks & Cilantro for garnish
