Sauteed Prawns with Itlog na Maalat Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • 500 grams prawns (peeled and devained)
  • 1 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 2 pcs eggs (Egg whites only)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for deep fry
  • 8 pcs Itlog na maalat
  • 8 tbsp Butter
  • 2 pcs Sili Haba (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • Spring Onions (sliced)
