Lumpiang Hubad in Lettuce Cups Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • 1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 Cups Baguio Beans (Sliced & Blanched)
  • 2 Cups Carrots (Sliced &Blanched)
  • 1 Cup Celery (Sliced & Blanched)
  • 2 Cups Singkamas (Sliced & Blanched)
  • 1 Cup Kamote (Sliced & Blanched)
  • 2 Cups Red Cabbage (Sliced)
  • 1 ½ Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 250 Grams Shrimps (Peeled)
  • 1 ½ Cup Chicharon (May Laman)
  • 12 Pcs Wonton Wrapper (Sliced into strips & Fried)
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ Cup Chicken Stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives for Garnish
  • Romaine Lettuce (Separated)
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Cloves Galic (Minced)
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts
