Chicken Pandan with Curry Sauce Ingredients and Procedures!


Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken thigh Fillet
2 Tsp Paprika
1 Pc Lime
1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Thumb Yellow Ginger (Crushed)
3 Pcs Finger Chili (Sliced)
1 Pc Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Pc Green Bell Pepper (Sliced)
2 Tbsp Curry Powder
2 Cups Coconut Milk
2 Pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 Pc Lime
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Bunch Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Pandan Leaves
Oil for deep frying
