Braised Pork Belly with Atsarang Mangga Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • 1 Kg Boneless Pork Belly
  • 1.5 Liter Pork Stock
  • 1 Pc White Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Pcs Star Anise
  • 2 Pcs Cinnamon Bark
  • ½ Tbsp Five Spice Powder
  • 1 Thumb Ginger (3 Inches & Crushed)
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Whole Pepper Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Stalk Leeks (Sliced)
  • 2 Pcs Green Mango (Sliced)
  • 2 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Pc Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 Pc Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar
