Battered fish, squid and shrimps with sweet potato chips Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • 250 Grams Tanigue (Sliced into fingers)
  • 4 pcs Squid (Sliced into rings)
  • 8 pcs Prawns (Peeled and devained)
  • lour for dredging
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 can Beer/Soda Water
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 2 pcs Sweet Potato (Wedges)
Roasted Garlic Aioli
  • 1 Heads Roasted Garlic
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Sour Cream
