Roasted chicken with Veggie Pasta and Balsamic Vinegar Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients: 
  • 500 Grams Chicken thigh fillet (Slice into chunks)
  • 4 Sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 Sprigs Thyme
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 Pc Carrots (Diced)
  • 1 Pc Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 1 Pc Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 1 Pc Zucchini (Diced)
  • 1 Pc Eggplant (Diced)
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 5 Pcs Tomato (Quartered)
  • 1 Bunch Basil (Chopped)
  • 3 Sprigs Oregano (removed from stalks)
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 
  • ½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar (Reduction) 
  • ½ Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Head Garlic Confit
  • 500 Grams Cooked Spinach Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • Pepper
