Pinakbet with Crispy Danggit Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • ¼ Kg Pork Fat Cut (Cut into small pieces)
  • 1 Head Garlic (Chopped)
  • 2 Pcs Red Onion (Diced)
  • 2 Pcs Ampalaya (Sliced)
  • 2 Pcs Eggplant (Sliced)
  • 6 Pcs Okra (sliced ends trimmed then soaked in salted water)
  • 10 Pcs Tomato (Diced)
  • ¼ Cup BagoongAlamang
  • 1 Thumb Ginger (Crushed and sliced)
  • 1 ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
