How to Make Galunggong Fish Balls

Galunggong Fish Balls Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients: 
1 Kg Galunggong Fillet
1 Pc Large Carrots (Grated)
2 Pcs Potatoes (Grated)
2 Pcs Egg
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Shitake Mushrooms (Chopped)
Salt
Pepper
Oil For Deep Frying


Ingredient for the Sauce:
¾ Cup Vinegar
¼ Cup White
3 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Pcs Sili Labuyo
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
¼ Cup Water
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
