How to Prepare a Delicious Pinoy Breakfast

Delicious Pinoy Breakfast Procedure and Ingredients.

Ingredients for Tocino:

  • 1 Kg Boneless Pork Shoulder (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • ¼ Cup Lime Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic (Minced)
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Atsuete Powder
  • Oil (For Frying)



Ingredients for Daing Na Bangus:

  • 1 Pc Boneless Bangus
  • ½ Cup Vinegar
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • ¼ Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • Oil (For frying)

Ingredients for Garlic Rice: 

  • 4 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Rock Salt
  • 1 Head Garlic (Peeled and crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Ingredients for Fried Egg: 

  • 3 Pcs Egg
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
