How to Make Special Fried Pork Chops

Prepare for speedy eating – these pork chops flavored with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise are so tasty, we promise they’ll go fast!

  • ½ kilo pork chops 
  • 1 ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 calamansi
  • ¾ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 cups flour
  • oil for deep frying

  1. Rub pork chops with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
  2. Mix 1 cup of Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise with juice of 1 calamansi and add ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground pepper to taste.
  3. In another dish, mix 2 cups of flour with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp ground pepper.
  4. Dip pork chops in seasoned Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise then coat in seasoned flour.
  5. Deep fry until golden brown. TIP: Best served with Mayo Garlic Dip!
