Seafood with Steamed Vegetables Boodle Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients for Pinaputok na Tilapia:
  • 5 pcs medium sized tilapia, cleaned, scaled and filleted 
  • 2 pcs. Tomato, diced
  • 2 pcs. Onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. ginger, minced 
  • 5 pcs. Calamansi, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • leeks, sliced thinly (white part) for garnish
  • cilantro for garnish
  • banana leaves and foil for wrapping

Ingredients for Halabos na Hipon at Tahong:
  • ½ kilo suahe, washed and cleaned
  • ½ kilo small to medium sized mussels, cleaned and removed the beard
  • ½ cup lemon-lime soda.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for Steamed / boiled Vegetables:
  • 5-10 pcs. Okra
  • 2 bunch talbos ng kamote
  • 5-10 pcs talong (bilog)
Ingredients for Dipping sauce: 
  • Bagoong Isda
  • Calamansi
  • Siling Labuyo
