Seafood Pasta with Roasted Red Bell Peppers Sauce Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • 100 g shrimp, trimmed
  • 100 g squid, cut into rings
  • 100 g mussels, washed
  • 150 g fish fillet
  • 1 kilo linguine pasta, cooked
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 pc white onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 pcs anchovies
  • 2 tbsps tomato paste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 cups roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • Parmesan cheese grated
