How to Make Inihaw and Ensalada Boodle

Inihaw and Ensalada Boodle Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients for Inihaw na Bangus:

  • 1 pc whole boneless bangus, trimmed and cleaned
  • 3 pcs tomatoes
  • 1 pc red onion, sliced
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed


Ingredients for Inihaw na Panga ng Tuna:

  • 2 pcs Panga ng Tuna,cleaned
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for Inihaw na Liempo:

  • 500 g pork belly, cut into ½ inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 cup banana catsup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps calamansi juice
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Ingredients for Ensaladang Talong:

  • 4 pcs large eggplants
  • 2 pcs white onion, cubed
  • 4 pcs tomatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Ingredients for Ensaladang Mangga:

  • 1 pc whole green mango, cubed
  • 1 pc white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsps bagoong

Inihaw na Kamote at Saging na Saba

  • 5 pcs medium sized kamote (regular or violet variety), par boiled
  • 5 pcs saging na saba
