Chicken Parmigiana with Garlic Cheese Sauce Ingredients and Procedures.


Ingredients:
  • 4 pcs boneless chicken breast, skin removed and pounded thinly
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 pcs egg, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil for pan-frying
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g crushed tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed

Ingredients for the garlic cheese sauce: 
  • ½ cup fresh milk
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
