Bacon, KesongPuti, and Mozzarella Croquettes with Cream Cheese Dip Ingredients and Procedure.


Ingredients:
  • 4 pcs bacon, finely chopped cooked to crisp
  • 40 g kesongputi, cubed
  • 40 g mozzarella cheese, cut into ½ cm cubes
  • 2 cups mashed potato, cooled
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp spring onions, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 oc egg
  • ¼ cup fresh milk
  • Cooking oil for deep-frying

Ingredients for the Cream cheese dip:
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Squeeze of half lemon
