Asado Glazed Lechon Kawali Ingredients and Procedure.

1 kilo whole pork belly
3 pcs star anise
1 head garlic, minced
3 pcs bay leaf
2 tbsp 5 spice powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper

Ingredients for the dipping sauce:
6 tbsp hoisin sauce
½ cup water
