How to Make Almond Lychee Jelly with Black Gulaman

Almond Lychee Jelly with Black Gulaman Ingredients and Procedure.

Ingredients:
  • 100 g unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 can lychee. Reserve the syrup
  • 1 can black gulaman, slice into ½ inch cubes


Ingredients for the sugar syrup:
  • 1 can lychee reserved syrup
  • 1 ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
