How to Make Easy Creamy Adobo

This rich, creamy pork stew with Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise will have everyone making a dash for the table. Just don’t forget to give Lola a head start!

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pc. onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pcs.
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 pc. bay leaf
  • 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
  • 1 cup water
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise

Saute onion and garlic in oil until fragrant. Add chicken and saute over high heat until browned.
Pour vinegar and let it simmer until strong aroma evaporates.
Add soy sauce, bay leaf, pepper, sugar, and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Simmer until sauce is syrupy in consistency - coats the chicken pieces - and chicken is fully cooked.
Stir in Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise and mix well. Let this simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve.
