How to Make Buffalo Wings

Buffalo Wings Ingredients and Procedure.

1 kg chicken wings, wings and drumettes cut separately
Cooking oil for deep-frying

For the buffalo sauce:
125 g unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup hot sauce
1/8 tsp salt

For the coating:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp paprika
½ tbsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
