How to Make Tom Yum Soup

Tom Yum Soup Ingredients and Procedure.

1 L chicken stock
2 stalks lemongrass, trimmed and bruised
4 pcs kaffir lime leaves
1 thumb ginger, sliced
2 pcs red chili, sliced
2 tbsps fish sauce
2 tsps white sugar
1 can straw mushrooms, rinsed and halved
500 g shrimp, trimmed and cleaned
2 pcs lime, juiced
2 straw green onions, sliced
¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
