How to Make Siomai

Siomai Ingredients and Procedure.

500 g ground pork
½ cup shrimp, peeled and minced
1 cup water chestnuts, minced
3 tbsps sesame oil
3 tbsps oyster sauce
½ tbsp. salt
½ tbsp. black pepper
2 pcs red onion, minced
1 pc carrots, minced
Siomai wrapper as needed
2 tbsps scallions, minced
1 pc egg

For dipping:
Chili sauce as needed
Calamansi as needed
Soy sauce as needed
