How to Make Roasted Lechon Kawali and Bottled Pickled Peppers

Roasted Lechon Kawali and Bottled Pickled Peppers Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients for Roasted Lechon Kawali:
1 kg slab of pork liempo without bones
4pcs bay leaf
1 tsp. peppercorns
2- 3 pcs of celery stalks

Water for boiling: 
Oil for deep frying
1 tbsp rock salt

Ingredients for Pickled Bell Peppers:
4 pcs red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 pcs green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 
1/3 cup water
