How to Make Red Chicken Curry

Red Chicken Curry Ingredients and Procedure.

1 kg chicken thigh
1 pc red onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small thumb ginger, minced
4 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsps cooking oil
400 ml coconut milk
250 g green beans
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsps coriander leaves, chopped
2 pcs red chili, chopped
