How to Make Lumpiang Shanghai

Lumpiang Shanghai Ingredients and Procedure.

Ingredients:
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 2 pcs red onion, minced
  • 1 pc carrots, minced
  • 2 tbspskinchay, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ tsp 5 spice powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 pcs egg
  • Lumpia wrapper
  • ½ cup flour
  • Cooking oi for deep-frying

Ingredients for the Sweet and Sour Sauce:
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
