How to Make Asian Fried Noodles Salad

Asian Fried Noodles Salad Ingredients and Procedure.

2 pcs chicken breasts, skinned on, scored
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
1 cup Vermicelli Noodles, cut into shorter length

Ingredients for the salad: 
2 tbsps spring onions, thinly sliced
1 cup raddish, julienned
1 pc carrot, julienned
1 pc red chili, thinly sliced
¼ cup toasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup lychees, peeled, seeded and quartered
¼ cup coriander leaves
¼ cup basil leaves
¼ cup mint leaves

Ingredients for the salad dressing: 
125 ml coconut milk
2 tbsps lime juice
2 tbsps brown sugar
2 tbsps fish sauce
2 pcs kaffir lime leaves, thinly shredded
1 thumb ginger, grated
