How to Make Siopao

Siopao Ingredients and Procedure.

Ingredients for the siopao dough:
4 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ¼ cup warm water
¾ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp yeast

Ingredients for the pork bola-bola filling: 
2 1/2 cups ground pork
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons cornstarch
salt and pepper, to taste
chicken powder, to taste
1 pc chorizo, sliced
1 pc itlog na maalat, sliced
Square pieces of paper

Ingredients for the siopao sauce:
120 ml hoisin sauce
1 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp white sugar
