How to Make Pork Belly Roll

Pork Belly Roll Ingredients and Procedure.

Ingredients:
Slab of pork belly (approximately 3-4kg liempo cut)
8 tbsp olive oil
2 bulb garlic, minced
4 tbsp kosher or rock salt
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp rosemary
6-8 stalks lemongrass, pounded
