How to Make Pata with Cream of Corn

Pata with Cream of Corn Ingredients and Procedure.



Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo pork pata, sliced into ¾ inch thick
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 pc white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, reserve liquid
  • Cooking oil for sautéing
  • 1 can all-purpose cream
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup reserve liquid of pork pata
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • White pepper as needed
