How to Make Eggplant Lasagna

Eggplant Lasagna Ingredients and Procedure.

4 pcs eggplants, slice into 1 cm thick rounds
Olive oil as needed
1 pc white onion, chopped
4 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
400 g diced tomatoes
60 ml red wine
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
300 g ricotta cheese
½ cup basil leaves, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese as needed
Baguette slices
125 g softened butter, salted 
2 tbsp Garlic
