How to Make Chicken Mami

Chicken Mami Ingredients and Procedure.

250 g chicken breast
1 pc red onion, quartered
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
250 g mami noodles
6 cups chicken broth
1 head garlic
1 pc red onion, sliced
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp celery, minced
1 pc carrot, julienned
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fish sauce to taste
Oil for sautéing
Sesame oil for drizzling
