How to Make Cabbage Rolls with Tomato Sauce

Cabbage Rolls with Tomato Sauce Ingredients and Procedure.

1 head cabbage leaves separate
500 g ground pork
500 g ground beef
¼ cup grated cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 pcs eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup milk
2 tbsps fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp brandy
1 tsp dried oregano
1 head garlic, minced
¼ tsp nutmeg
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed

Ingredients for the tomato sauce:
1 can 450 g crushed tomatoes
60 g butter, unsalted
1 pc medium white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp brandy
½ tsp dried oregano
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
