How to Make Tempura

Tempura

Ingredients:
350g medium prawns, peeled, deveined
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 pcs eggs, beaten
2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsps potato starch
Oil for deep-frying




Ingredients for the tempura sauce:
1 cup water
3 tbsps soy sauce
3 tbsps mirin
1 tbsp bonito flakes
½ tsp lemon juice
